7-9 lb ham, not spiral cut
Uncle Bubby's Pig Rub
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Preheat smoker to 225. Rub ham liberally with pig rub. Smoke for 4-5 hours. Add ham to medium foil pan along with honey, butter, pineapple juice, and a sprinkle of pig rub. Cover with foil and cook for an additional 3-4 hours or until the internal temp reaches 205. Let rest for 30 minutes and then shred. Enjoy!
