This drink takes me back to my early 20’s, vacationing in Lake of the Ozarks. Lake Water was a staple at many of the lakeside bars and restaurants down there. When I asked a friendly bartender how to make it, she said “Just watch.” This is my best recollection of it, after having enjoyed several of them that day ;)
1.5 oz Malibu
1.5 oz Blue Curacao
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Maraschino Cherries
Pineapple Chunks
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with cherry and pineapple. Cheers!
