Cuban Sandwich

Delicious Cuban Sandwich w/ Leftover Pulled Pork



Ingredients


Loaf of Italian Bread

1/2 lb Deli Style Ham

1/2 lb Pulled Pork

1/3 lb Sliced Swiss Cheese

Mustard

Mayonnaise

Pickles


Start by cutting a sandwich size chunk off of the loaf. Slice in half to make a top bun and bottom bun. Generously slather mayo on the top bun and mustard on the bottom bun. Layer half of the pickles, ham, pork, and cheese on the bottom bun and top with the top bun. Use a panini press to cook for 10-15 minutes or until bread is desired doneness and sandwich is heated through. If you don't have a panini press, use a cast iron or heavy skillet to cook the sandwich, using a smaller skillet to weigh it down. You will need to flip once using this method. Slice diagonally and enjoy!
