1/2 lb. Leftover Brisket
28 Tater Tots
1/2 cup Uncle Bubby's Queso
Uncle Bubby's Sweet BBQ Sauce
Uncle Bubby's Cow Rub
Cilantro
Cook tater tots according to package instructions. Layer in the bottom of a cast iron skillet or other oven safe dish. Top with brisket and queso. Garnish with BBQ sauce, cilantro and a sprinkle of Cow Rub. Enjoy!
