Brisket Chili

This perfect fall comfort food uses leftover brisket for an added layer of flavor!


This quick version of chili will taste like it's been simmering on the stove all day!


1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage

1 lb chopped brisket leftovers

2 jars of salsa

1 28 oz can of tomato puree

2 14 oz cans of beans

16 oz tomato juice

12 oz beer

1/2 cup Uncle Bubby's Chili Seasoning


Cook the beef and Italian sausage until no longer pink. Add brisket, salsa, tomato puree, tomato juice and beer. Stir and bring to a simmer. Add beans and chili seasoning. Cook on low for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
