Argentinian Chimichurri

This classic Argentinian condiment can be made easily at home!


½ Cup Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

½ Cup Fresh Parsley

4 Cloves Garlic

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

¼ Cup Cilantro

Salt to Taste

Aleppo Pepper to Taste


Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and go until combined and emulsified. Add more salt or Aleppo if needed. Use this to top steak, chicken or even potatoes. Enjoy!
